Support

Tell us what went wrong.

Interprevo is run by one person in Massachusetts, and support is by email. Write about anything — a failure, a charge, a question, or something you would change. We reply within two business days, and usually sooner.

If the buttons above do not open your mail app, write to support@interprevo.com directly. Please do not send passwords, API keys, or card numbers — we never need them.

1
Three things worth checking firstThese are the most common reasons an event will not run, and you can fix all three yourself.
The event will not start

Interprevo needs your own OpenAI key, and it has to be working. Check it on your account page.

It stops after a while, or refuses to begin

You may have run out of live hours. Check the balance on Hours. Hours never expire, and an event already running keeps going for a short grace period.

A listener cannot hear anything

Ask them to confirm they picked a language, that their volume is up, and that they are on the current event link. A link from a previous event will not carry over.

2
RefundsSo you know where you stand before you write.

An unused Event Pass can be refunded if you ask within 7 days of buying it, and before it has been activated, assigned to an event, or used. A pass that has been used or has expired is not refundable, unless the service failed because of something on our side — in which case write to us and we will put it right. The full wording is in section 5 of the Terms.

3
Something more seriousPrivacy, security, or an event where the interpretation caused a problem.

Privacy questions and requests go to privacy@interprevo.com, as set out in the Privacy Policy. Report a suspected security problem to the same address, and please leave passwords, keys, and event content out of the message.

If an interpretation error caused a real problem at your event, tell us even if you want nothing from us. We keep those reports and act on them — it is the only way we learn that a limit described in the AI disclosure was reached in practice.
